The Terminal specializes in the high speed loading of ships using conveyor belts capable of delivering up to 3,500 tonnes per hour of cargo.

In addition to the operating capability, Neptune is committed to its people, community and the environment. Environmentally, Neptune has since 1981 spent several million dollars on "state of the art" environmental systems that will allow the Terminal to operate sensitively and sustainably into the future.
