The Dow Canada terminal in North Vancouver stores and ships chemicals produced at Dow's plant in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. The chemicals arrive by truck and train and are used in a variety of industries and processes. The large tanks on the site hold chemicals used in the pulp and paper industry and to make antifreeze, vinyl siding and garden hoses.
